SERVICES OVERVIEW

Design & Specification

  • Develop design direction through presentation of color palettes, finishes and furnishings.
  • Create furniture layouts for guest rooms, public spaces and food service/banquet areas.
  • Specify products such as furniture, fabrics, flooring, artwork, window treatments and accessories.
  • Design and source custom furnishings such as casegoods, upholstered seating and lighting.

Planning & Budgeting

  • Create FF&E budget, schedule and cash flow projections in conjunction with owner and/or design team.
  • Utilize multiple resources to optimize design and price options.
  • Capitalize on established manufacturer relationships to meet custom product requirements.
  • Leverage purchasing expertise to procure goods at lower cost while remaining true to the design concept.

Purchasing & Production

  • Issue purchase orders to all suppliers.
  • Coordinate with client and suppliers to ensure the timely receipt of shop drawing and finish approvals.
  • Supervise production to maintain quality, accuracy and project schedule.
  • Provide cost accounting and itemized reconciliation throughout life of project.

Installation & Completion

  • Manage the logistics of shipping products to a warehouse, staging them for efficient delivery, and installing them on site.
  • Ability and experience working in occupied environments where installation is occurring while the facility is still operational.
  • Provide owner’s manual upon project completion with care instructions, warranties, operating instructions, etc.
